Hi There,

I am an MSW, RSW, and a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University. My practice is rooted in the understanding that our bodies, minds, and histories are deeply connected, and that resilience is always budding. Sometimes we just need support in noticing the many ways our bodies, brains, and behaviors have worked to protect us—especially in the aftermath of trauma or stress.

Before completing my MSW, I worked in Children’s mental health as a crisis worker and attachment-based home programs. I started my clinical career as a Child and Family Therapist, focusing on attachment, creative interventions, family relationships and dynamics, and parenting support. I eventually moved to primarily working with adults and teens facing concerns of domestic violence, childhood trauma, mental health challenges, sexuality and religious trauma, self-harm and a variety of other concerns. I currently hold 2 other clinical roles in programs focused on family and gender-based violence prevention.

My practice:

I work with teens and adults, and aim to create a space where you can feel safe enough to explore your experiences with more compassion and curiosity. I’m trained in the DBT, the Neurosequential Model of Therapies (focusing on developmental trauma), EMDR, and I’m working on my Somatic Experiencing Certificate. I use an integrative approach alongside the belief that the main interventions is the therapeutic relationship we build together.

I’m registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).

Looking forward to connecting with you!
